We are seeking a Principal Scientist,AR&D to be based out of our HQ in Piscataway, NJ.
The successful candidate will be responsible for development and validation of various analytical methods to test biological drug substances and drug products, the planning and execution of studies to support formulation development and manufacturing process development, analytical similarity studies, and release/stability testing. Techniques employed primarily include HPLC, UPLC, CE-SDS, cIEF, ELISA and Cell-based assays. In addition, the experience in fluorescence spectroscopy, CD spectropolarimetry, AUC, DSC, and LC-MS/MS is a plus. The incumbent must have the experience working in the GMP lab, generating SOPs and technical reports and mentoring junior scientists. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, well-organized, detailed-orientated scientist with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary environment.
